Emily Piper is trained in Tribal Fusion belly dance and Kripalu yoga. She has been performing in dance, music, and theater since childhood and shares her confident, relaxed and graceful way with her students. In class, Emily combines her interests in expressive arts, mindfulness practices, performing arts, and energetic healing to bring you a full body workout, that is fun, energizing, therapeutic, and inspiring. Emily is compassionate, open, and accepting. She will put you at ease as you start your journey in the ancient, expressive and meditative arts of belly dance and yoga.
